Cleared Visual Services — A Division of Virginia Business Visuals

Security-Aware Photography, Video & Multimedia for Government Environments

Professional photography, video production, multimedia, graphic design and communications support for government agencies, defense contractors, intelligence-community partners and secure organizations.

What we provide

We provide experienced creative professionals who understand controlled environments, restricted facilities, security protocols and government-contracting expectations. Our professionals are vetted for identity, experience, insurance and portfolio; clearance status is subject to verification and customer security approval for each specific assignment.

Cleared Executive Media Day

Executive headshots, environmental portraits, leadership interviews, short biography videos, internal announcement content and approved social/public-affairs assets. For executives, program managers and leadership teams.

Secure-Site Event Coverage

Conferences, ceremonies, town halls, awards and internal events — photography, highlight video, interview station, on-site media management and expedited delivery.

Training Video Production

Instructional, safety, compliance, orientation and workforce training — preproduction, script assistance, production crew, editing, graphics, captions and client-controlled delivery.

Recruiting & Employer-Brand Video

Employee interviews, workplace footage where approved, mission-focused recruiting messages, short social versions and a careers-page photography library — for contractors competing for cleared talent.

Proposal Visual Support

Proposal graphics, organizational diagrams, process illustrations, capability graphics, past-performance layouts, presentation decks and oral-presentation support.

Cleared Multimedia Specialists

Contract placement for longer assignments: photography, videography, graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, presentation design and internal communications support — hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.

How verification works

Our platform verifies the professional. The customer verifies the required access.

  1. The professional provides a private self-attestation of clearance status.
  2. We verify identity, experience, insurance and portfolio.
  3. Your team identifies the security requirement at a general level.
  4. Your FSO or security office performs the clearance and access verification.
  5. You confirm the individual is approved for the specific assignment.
  6. Only then is the engagement finalized.

Three service lanes

  • Cleared-adjacent, unclassified production — unclassified work where you prefer security-aware, vetted personnel because production occurs in or around a controlled facility.
  • Controlled unclassified and sensitive production — projects involving CUI or restricted information, using client-approved systems, transfer environments and media-handling procedures.
  • Classified environments — coordinated manually through your contracting and security personnel. Classified assignments are never instantly bookable, and we do not host or process classified media.

During initial engagements, the client or prime contractor provides the approved transfer, review and storage environment.

Request Cleared Support

Collecting only what we need to route the request — a coordinator responds within one business day.

Do not submit classified information, CUI, export-controlled information or sensitive facility details through this form. State requirements at a general level only.

Frequently asked questions

Are your professionals cleared?

Our network includes professionals with clearance eligibility at multiple levels. Clearance status is always subject to verification and customer security approval — your FSO or security office performs the clearance and access verification for each specific assignment.

Do you handle classified material?

No. Classified images, recordings and graphics are classified information requiring approved safeguarding under the customer's control. We coordinate talent, contracting, production planning and on-site procedures; the customer controls transfer, review and storage.

Can you support unclassified work at our facility?

Yes — that is our largest service lane: executive portraits, ceremonies, conferences, recruiting and training video, public-affairs photography and facility documentation approved for public release.

What geography do you cover?

Richmond, the Quantico–Fredericksburg corridor, Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, Hampton Roads and military and defense-adjacent organizations throughout Virginia.

Do you sign NDAs and follow site procedures?

Yes. Non-disclosure agreements, escort protocols, equipment restrictions, personal-device rules and government-furnished-equipment requirements are standard parts of our production planning.
