Services under $1,500 are reserved with payment in full. Projects of $1,500 or more are reserved with a 50% deposit, with the balance due at final delivery. Approved organizations may be able to use a purchase order or approved net terms — ask when booking.
Yes. We serve the entire Richmond–Fredericksburg corridor on-site. Travel is included on qualifying packages by zone; smaller assignments outside Richmond Metro receive a regional mobilization fee. See pricing for the exact rules.
Commercial digital usage is included with every package — use your media on your website, social channels, proposals and marketing. RAW files are excluded unless separately purchased.
Larger videos, multiple locations, complicated interviews, custom sets, large crews and long-term campaigns go through a production quote so we can scope them properly.
