Travel rules

  • Richmond Metro: travel included for qualifying packages.
  • Hanover, Ashland & Caroline: travel included for projects of $795 or more; smaller assignments receive a regional mobilization fee.
  • Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania & Stafford: travel included for projects of $1,195 or more; smaller projects receive a regional mobilization fee.
  • Half-day and full-day productions: travel included anywhere within the primary corridor.

Ask about scheduled Corridor Production Days — businesses booking their designated regional day receive waived or reduced travel costs.

Standard services under $1,500: payment in full reserves your date. Projects of $1,500 or more: a 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due at final delivery. Approved organizations may request purchase-order or institutional terms.
