Work near an installation often comes with access rules, escort requirements and equipment restrictions. Our crews plan for that: NDAs, site procedures, personal-device rules and government-furnished-equipment requirements are standard parts of our preproduction — not surprises on shoot day.

Travel policy: the Quantico–Fredericksburg corridor follows our Fredericksburg-region rules — travel included for projects of $1,195 or more; smaller projects receive a regional mobilization fee, waived on scheduled Corridor Production Days.

On-installation work is coordinated through your organization's public affairs, security office or contracting process — we do not self-authorize access. Many productions for base-adjacent organizations happen at your offices, event venues or our Richmond studio; where installation access is granted and escorted, our security-aware crews follow all site procedures.
